Hey! I’m a healer. In 1 Corinthians 12:28-30, the word for healing, ἴαμα, refers to remedies. I analyze people’s whole health. If you have any complex health issues, contact me, and we’ll explore things–free of charge. I’m especially concerned about a particular aspect of your well-being.
When Jesus heard this, he said, “Healthy people don’t need a physician —sick people do.” Matt 9:12
Sometimes, we can be in excellent physical health yet poor health in other areas, such as mental health. Other areas can affect physical wellness if they’re neglected. Your health is connected in many ways, seen and unseen.
Well, Jesus, the Healer, offers the ultimate Cure to humanity for those who desire it. This cure will absolve you of sin (disobedience toward the Creator), which is like an incurable ailment. This fatal spiritual ailment means eternal death (separation from Gd).
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of Gd; Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of Gd is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
The Father sent his Son (Gd with us) to spare you from this eternally fatal ailment. He was a sinless sacrifice. His shed blood cleanses us from sin and offers eternal life.
But anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise that person at the last day. John 6:54
For Gd so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
Those who reject this remedy will rise to judgment and be thrown in the lake of fire.
The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will remove from his Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. And the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13
If this message has plucked your heart, you feel repentant, and seek Gd’s forgiveness, believe in the Lord’s death (shed blood), burial, and resurrection. He defeated death!
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Isaiah 53:7
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that Gd hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9
People who drink this healing potion do the following in LOVE (Acts 26:19-20)(1 John 5:3).
If you love me, obey my commandments. John 14:15
Therefore, O King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, but declared first to those in Damascus, then in Jerusalem and throughout all the region of Judea, and also to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds in keeping with their repentance. Acts 26:19-20
Though, this healing gift is not given because of what you do (Ephesians 2:8-9). No one can boast. A heart of obedience is simply evidence that you’ve taken it (James 2:19-23). You’ll be born again. God’s Spirit and the Holy Scriptures will transform your life.
Water baptism is an immediate act of obedience = Mark 16:16, Acts 8:36.
Christ’s yoke is light, but a true Christian walk is not easy peasy. Get ready to suffer for Christ (2 Timothy 3:12)(Matthew 5:11)(2 Timothy 2:3)(2 Corinthians 4:9). Be sure to suffer well. You may be tortured (2 Corinth 12:7), even if you’re not in an unfriendly Christian country. Various aspects of your health could be negatively affected. Family members and friends will likely turn their backs on you (Luke 12:51-53)(Matt. 10:37-38). But, Christ-lovers will be victorious & endure till the end (Matthew 24:13)(Rev. 21:7)!
